Warranty

All PORTA  products are placed on the market only after having passed all the tests required by our quality system.

PORTA guarantees the conformity of the product for a period of 5 years from the time of sale, on any defects in casting or porosity, on the mechanical parts and on the finish (provided they do not derive from incorrect use of abrasives, detergents or acids or incorrect installation).

The warranty is recognized only after the verification of any defect by the staff in charge within PORTA.
